- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate clarifications between site teams, consultants, and design engineers.
- Assist in project estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation activities.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or project engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Experience with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope by translating client requirements, contract documents, and construction drawings into actionable project plans.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Gantt Charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), or other scheduling tools.
- Coordinate resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Review and submit Material Submittals (MSA) and Shop Drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate clarifications between site teams, consultants, and design engineers.
- Review and monitor material and equipment submittals to ensure compliance with approved project specifications.
- Assist in project estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation activities.
- Monitor project expenditures and resource utilization against approved budgets.
- Review, document, and coordinate change orders and variations impacting project costs and schedules.
- Act as a key liaison between project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or project engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Experience with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills.
