Overview

  • To provide first level IT support to end users by ensuring the smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365 services, network connectivity, and IT equipment across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support through phone, remote, and onsite assistance.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Install and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
  • Resolve hardware, software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook related issues.
  • Create, modify, and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and licenses.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Reset passwords, manage MFA, and resolve email related issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP connectivity issues.
  • Configure network printers and shared resources.
  • Install Windows updates, join systems to Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, and perform routine system maintenance.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Prepare and configure IT equipment for new employees.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.
