- Manage and develop strong, long lasting relationships with key B2B clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and propose relevant solutions
- Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure inventory availability and timely replenishment
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Provide feedback and insights to sales and marketing teams for strategic planning
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales databases
