Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom in a professional manner
- Conduct customer needs assessments, product demonstrations, and test drives
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that positively impacts NPS and Mystery Shopping results
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Promote finance, insurance, and value added products aligned with customer needs
- Accurately maintain leads, opportunities, customer records, and test drive activities in C4C
- Follow all company sales processes, governance requirements, and internal controls
- Ensure accurate sales documentation, deposits, and vehicle order processing
- Maintain showroom standards, demo vehicle readiness, and professional conduct at all times
- Complete all mandatory sales, compliance, and system training requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey

- We are looking for a customer focused and results driven Sales Executive to join our Electric Mobility team.
What you will do
- Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom in a professional manner.
- Conduct customer needs assessments, product demonstrations, and test drives.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that positively impacts NPS and Mystery Shopping results.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
