Overview of the role
- We are currently looking to recruit performance driven Sales Executives – Used Cars to join our growing Automall team.
- This is an exciting frontline sales role where you will deliver first class, face to face customer experience while driving sales performance and profitability for the business.
- No automotive experience is required; we are looking for confident, customer focused sales professionals with the passion and motivation to succeed.
What you will do
- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for Automall used vehicles while ensuring an excellent customer service experience throughout the sales journey.
- Support the sales objectives of the business by achieving assigned sales and CSI targets.
- Provide excellent service to current and potential Automall customers.
- Follow company sales policies, procedures and standards always.
- Attend to and follow up on customer enquiries and prospects in a timely manner to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieving or exceeding allocated monthly sales targets.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction to support repeat sales and long term customer loyalty.
- Handle cash and support vehicle finance arrangements in line with company procedures.
- Continuously improving selling techniques and customer handling skills.
- Promote and sell vehicle related insurance products and accessories.
- Maintain strong awareness of the automotive industry, product range, models, features, benefits, market trends and competitor activity.
- Analyze market conditions, identify customer needs and explore opportunities to sell Automall products and services.
