Sales Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their fragrance preferences and requirements.
• Recommend perfumes based on customer taste, occasion, and budget.
• Demonstrate and explain fragrance notes, ingredients, concentration, and product benefits.
• Promote premium and best-selling perfumes to maximize sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling of perfumes and related products.
• Maintain attractive product displays and keep the sales area clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the team.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate billing and POS transactions when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of experience in perfume or fragrance sales or luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of perfumes, fragrance families, notes, and popular brands is required.
• Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills are required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets is required.
• A customer-focused, confident, and friendly personality is expected.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards are required.
• The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE or GCC retail sales experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
