Accountant

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reports.
• Maintain the general ledger and accounting documentation.
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper recording of transactions.
• Assist with VAT-related accounting and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and applicable regulations.

Educational Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is mandatory.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as an Accountant is required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures is required.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic UAE accounting requirements is required.
• The role requires numerical and analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, organization, independence, and deadline management.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person.
