Sales Executive

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand vehicle needs, recommend services, and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Promote repair, maintenance, and value-added services to generate sales.
• Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and local businesses.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Address customer concerns and collaborate with technicians and service advisors for seamless service delivery.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven sales experience is required, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
• The candidate must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM tools and basic computer applications proficiency are required.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Compensation

• Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission.
