Outdoor Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our auto repair shop.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our repair and maintenance services.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

ey Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Generate sales by promoting repair, maintenance, and value-added services.
• Provide accurate and transparent cost estimates to customers.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and local businesses.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the shop’s services, products, and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle technologies, and competitors’ offerings.

• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data using the shop’s CRM or other systems.
• Address customer complaints or concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional events to attract new customers.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
