About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to develop and grow sales of waste handling and chute systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales within construction, building materials, or MEP products, and an established network of developers, contractors, and consultants in the region.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales of garbage, linen, and gravity chute systems for new construction and retrofit projects
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through developers, main contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and building material distributors
- Identify upcoming projects and track tenders across the UAE and GCC
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and presentations, and follow up to close deals
- Read and interpret project drawings and specifications, coordinating with the technical team on system requirements
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company margins
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and report regularly on pipeline and forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and site meetings
- Maintain strong long term relationships with clients and channel partners

- Experience with full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

Overview
