Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to develop and grow sales of our waste handling and chute systems.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales within construction, building materials, or MEP products, and an established network of developers, contractors, and consultants in the region.
  • You will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from generating leads to closing project orders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of garbage, linen, and gravity chute systems for new construction and retrofit projects
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through developers, main contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and building material distributors
  • Identify upcoming projects and track tenders across the UAE and GCC
  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and presentations, and follow up to close deals
  • Read and interpret project drawings and specifications, coordinating with the technical team on system requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company margins
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and report regularly on pipeline and forecasts
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and site meetings
  • Maintain strong long term relationships with clients and channel partners
