Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or client management
- Strong understanding of construction, landscaping, interior design, and project execution processes
- Ability to review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Valid driving license and willingness to attend client meetings and site visits
