Your role

  • As a Field Sales Engineer – Industrial Low Pressure, your mission is to drive profitable growth of low pressure blowers and compressors up to 4 barg by developing and converting sales opportunities within industrial facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • You will report to the Business Line Manager – Air & Gas Applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured sales strategy for industrial low pressure blowers and compressors (≤ 4 barg) across Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities within industrial plants and production facilities, acting as the primary technical and commercial contact.
  • Conduct frequent on site visits to factories and industrial facilities, in line with defined coverage and activity KPIs.
  • Provide technical sales support, including equipment sizing, application review, system configuration, and proposal preparation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to order intake, including forecasting and CRM reporting.

To succeed, you will need

  • You have 5–10 years of experience, working as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Engineer in industrial markets.
  • Non negotiable skills: Proven experience with low pressure blowers and/or compressors, including application understanding and equipment sizing.
  • Strong capability to manage technical and commercial discussions with industrial customers.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience selling industrial capital equipment across Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, structured sales reporting, and KPI driven field sales roles.
