Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new prospects, consultants, and clients in the power generation sector
- Generate high quality leads through research, networking, and proactive market outreach
- Maintain a dynamic sales pipeline and follow up on all incoming inquiries
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM/customer database
- Conduct regular visits to project sites and customer offices
- Promote the company’s product range including diesel/gas generators and electrical panels
- Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate offers, and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with Application Support and Sales Support teams
- Assist clients in technical product selection and explain technical specifications
- Support in obtaining technical approvals from consultants or project stakeholders
- Ensure purchase orders are processed correctly and payments followed up
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years of proven sales experience in the portable battery power industry
- Strong understanding of target markets: Construction, Media, Emergency services
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and car

Role Purpose
- Al Masaood is the official distributor of Instagrid in the UAE and sole distributor across the GCC.
- Represents market leading portable battery power solutions replacing diesel and petrol generators.
- Target sectors: construction, film & media, and emergency services.
