Position Overview

  • CSI Global is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth in the MEP, Commissioning, and Testing sectors in KSA.
  • The Sales Engineer serves as the bridge between CSI Global's technical capabilities and the market's commercial needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the KSA construction and engineering market.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for key sectors, particularly Data Centers, Healthcare, Infrastructure and commercial developments.
  • Establish and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers at EPC contractors and PMCs.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored CSI Engineering solutions covering Commissioning, Testing & Diagnostics, Sustainability, and BIM services.
  • Work closely with Tendering and Technical departments to prepare accurate, competitive, and technically sound proposals.
  • Present technical proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of CSI's certified services (NEBB, NETA, LEED).
  • Lead commercial negotiations in alignment with the company's Authorization Matrix and Commercial Policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega projects in KSA.
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Regional Management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, business development, or estimation within the MEP, Commissioning, or Construction industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Deep understanding of the KSA construction lifecycle, tendering processes, and contracting norms.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, NEBB, and NETA is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial benefits.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
