Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all warehouse and store operations for construction, Electrical testing and FM projects
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock reconciliation
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with Procurement to avoid material shortages
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize material loss, damage, and obsolescence
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Finance regarding material requirements and availability
- Review and approve material receiving reports (MRR), store issue vouchers (SIV), and material transfer requests
- Conduct monthly stock audits and prepare inventory reports for management
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain Purchase Order (PO) Material Delivery Tracker and monitor delivery status, follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar inventory management role
- Experience in construction, facilities management, or electrical testing projects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and material control processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Store Keeper to manage warehouse and store operations supporting construction, facilities management, and electrical testing projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, stock accuracy, and ensuring the timely availability of materials while maintaining compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.

Qualifications
