Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise mechanical engineering activities on site
- Perform and oversee Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) for HVAC air and hydronic systems
- Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems
- Conduct HVAC system performance verification, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare TAB reports, commissioning documentation, inspection reports, and technical submissions
- Support HVAC installation, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and international commissioning practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–7 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, TAB, and Testing & Commissioning
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air & water balancing, chilled water systems, Plumbing, and Fire Protection
- Experience using TAB instruments and interpreting design airflow and hydronic balancing requirements
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred
- Excellent communication, technical reporting, and problem solving skills
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage
