Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the KSA construction and engineering market
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for key sectors including Data Centers, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and commercial developments
- Establish and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers at EPC contractors and PMCs
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored CSI Engineering solutions covering Commissioning, Testing & Diagnostics, Sustainability, and BIM services
- Work closely with Tendering and Technical departments to prepare accurate, competitive, and technically sound proposals
- Present technical proposals to clients, articulating value proposition of CSI's certified services (NEBB, NETA, LEED)
- Lead commercial negotiations in alignment with company's Authorization Matrix and Commercial Policies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega projects in KSA
- Maintain accurate and up to date sales pipeline and CRM records
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to Regional Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, business development, or estimation within MEP, Commissioning, or Construction industry in Saudi Arabia
- Deep understanding of KSA construction lifecycle, tendering processes, and contracting norms
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom

Position Overview
- CSI Global is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth in MEP, Commissioning, and Testing sectors.
- The Sales Engineer serves as the bridge between technical capabilities and commercial needs.
- Focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying new project opportunities, securing contracts, and expanding footprint in mission critical sectors.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the KSA construction and engineering market.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for key sectors, particularly Data Centers, Healthcare, Infrastructure and medium and large scale commercial developments.
- Establish and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers at EPC contractors, project management consultants (PMCs).
Key Responsibilities Technical Sales & Proposal Management
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored CSI Engineering solutions covering Commissioning, Testing & Diagnostics, Sustainability, and BIM services.
- Work closely with the Tendering and Technical departments to prepare accurate, competitive, and technically sound proposals.
- Present technical proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of CSI's certified services (NEBB, NETA, LEED).
- Lead commercial negotiations in alignment with the company's Authorization Matrix and Commercial Policies.
Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega projects in KSA.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Regional Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, business development, or estimation within the MEP, Commissioning, or Construction industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Deep understanding of the KSA construction lifecycle, tendering processes, and contracting norms.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, NEBB, and NETA is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial benefits.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
