Role Overview
The Sales Engineer supports business growth in the Oil and Gas sector.
The role combines engineering expertise with commercial execution and covers the full sales cycle from opportunity development to order closure.
The product focus includes power transmission solutions such as gearboxes, couplings, and rotating equipment.
Key Requirements
- Two to four years of sales experience within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions.
- Experience selling or supporting power transmission products.
- Experience preparing technical submittals, datasheets, and quotations.
- Experience managing accounts and sales pipelines.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts or projects.
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Promote and sell power transmission products and solutions.
- Provide technical advice and application support to customers.
- Prepare quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
- Follow up with clients to progress opportunities and close sales.
- Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- The working arrangement is on-site in Qatar.
