Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Photonics, Optics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Proven track record of developing new business and managing complex customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of technical products and customer application requirements.
- Experience working with academic, research, or industrial customers is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and CRM management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
