Role Overview
Infoblox is hiring a Sales Engineer for its APJ sales team.
The role provides presales consultation, solution recommendations, and technical guidance from discovery through deal closure.
The position serves as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners and supports revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead customer value discovery and translate business challenges into measurable hypotheses, KPIs, and sales strategy.
- Design future-state architectures and connect Infoblox capabilities to business outcomes and risk reduction.
- Build ROI and TCO models, business cases, and value narratives for technical and executive audiences.
- Plan proof-of-value engagements with outcome-based success criteria, baseline metrics, and telemetry.
- Drive MEDDICC or MEDDPICC evaluation plans with account teams and customer champions.
- Maintain SFDC hygiene and document value hypotheses, metrics, buyer access, and next actions.
- Use AI workflows for research, summarization, RFP/RFI drafting, demonstrations, competitive analysis, and proof-of-value telemetry.
- Create reusable AI prompts, templates, knowledge bases, value stories, calculators, and field playbooks.
