Program Manager, Global Workplace Strategy

What you bring

• 5–8 years of experience in project or program management, business operations, workplace operations, facilities, employee experience, or a related function.
• Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment and improving facilities workflows or operating mechanisms.
• Experience evaluating or implementing digital tools, automation, or AI-enabled workflows for business operations teams.
• Strong program management skills in planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communication.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans.
• Ability to work across regions, time zones, and functional teams in a global environment.
• Experience in global workplace, facilities, real estate, employee events, or people and places programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI governance, change management, and process design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, hospitality, workplace, or a related field.
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Compensation

• The stated base salary range is CAD 82,400 to CAD 121,440, plus potential corporate bonus.
