Role

  • Project Sales Engineer – Electrical (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) – Drive specification, project sales, and business development across Dubai and Abu Dhabi by engaging MEP contractors, consultants, and developers to generate enquiries and convert them into profitable orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business with leading MEP contractors across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Identify new construction projects from design through execution stages.
  • Generate enquiries, negotiate, and secure project orders.
  • Build strong relationships with project managers, procurement teams, consultants, developers, and site engineers.
  • Promote the company's electrical product portfolio, including wiring devices, cable management systems, conduits, lighting, earthing systems, industrial products, and related solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal estimation, procurement, logistics, and administration teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track the project pipeline through CRM and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly sales, gross profit (GP), and collection targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • 3–7 years of UAE experience in electrical project sales, preferably handling projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong network with MEP contractors, consultants, and developers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Success Profile

  • The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing MEP contractor and consultant accounts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, generating project opportunities, converting specifications into orders, and delivering sustainable sales growth while maintaining healthy gross margins.
