About the Role
The Bahri & Mazroei Group is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The role requires 5-7 years of hands-on experience and knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, chilled water systems, and HVAC controls.

Responsibilities
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair all types of HVAC equipment including DX units, split units, VRF/VRV systems, package units, ducted split units, chilled water FCUs, AHUs, ventilation systems, and exhaust fans
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Diagnose and rectify faults related to refrigeration circuits, electrical controls, compressors, motors, thermostats, sensors, control panels, and building management interfaces
- Carry out refrigerant recovery, evacuation, leak testing, gas charging, airflow balancing, filter replacement, coil cleaning, duct inspection, and performance testing
- Install and replace HVAC components, piping, insulation, ductwork, drains, valves, dampers, and associated mechanical equipment
- Read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to execute work accurately
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, commissioning reports, and asset documentation after every job
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Estimation, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction
- Comply with BMSS quality procedures, HSE requirements, and UAE regulatory standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certification in HVAC, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands on experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Experience with residential villas, commercial buildings, retail, hospitality, and industrial facilities
- Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, chilled water systems, ventilation systems, HVAC controls, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage

Position Summary
- The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Mechanical Ventilation systems across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
- The role ensures systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with BMSS quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience
