- Manage customer relationships with utilities, contractors, consultants, and industrial clients
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Fluent Written and Verbal English
- 1 5 Years of technical sales experience in cables and electrical accessories
- Experience in High Voltage (HV) cable
- Background in overhead transmission lines and conductors
- PMP or Six Sigma (if involved in project based sales) is a plus

Job Purpose
- The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales and business growth by providing technical expertise, managing key client accounts, and developing new business opportunities in the electrical cables and accessories market.
- The role involves working closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to offer customized solutions and support pre and post sales activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maximize HV sector revenues through active business development and strategic sales execution.
- Increase profitability by targeting high value opportunities and improving sales efficiency.
- Expand market coverage by strengthening customer engagement across existing and new territories.
- Enhance client relationship management and support key accounts.
- Identify new projects, tenders, and business opportunities within the HV market (HV cables, cable accessories, conductors and Insulators).
- Support alignment with company growth objectives for the HV sector.
- Improve competitive positioning through proactive market intelligence and customer support.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HV products and solutions.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into profitable sales.
- Manage customer relationships with utilities, contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.

You're a great fit if you have
