About the Role

- Develop and review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, three line diagrams, and control/wiring schedules for MV and LV systems
- Perform critical engineering calculations: CT/VT calculation, cable sizing, voltage drop, earthing/grounding grid design, and indoor/outdoor lighting sizing
- Manage spatial and electrical integration of core equipment inside the E House, including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, VFDs, UPS systems, and DC distribution boards
- Design electrical interlocking schemes, protection matrices, and cause and effect logic for safe substation operations
- Optimize internal equipment footprint to ensure safe maintenance clearances, egress paths, and structural weight distribution
- Design comprehensive cable tray, ladder, and trench routing layouts, ensuring proper segregation between power, control, and instrumentation cables
- Ensure all electrical designs comply strictly with international engineering standards (IEC 62271 202, IEEE, NEC) and local utility regulations
- Prepare electrical testing procedures and actively participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for major electrical equipment and the fully integrated E House module
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in electrical design, with a strong focus on E Houses, modular packaged units, or heavy industrial substation projects
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical and DIALux
- Deep understanding of MV/LV switchgear parameters, protection relays, transformer specifications, and cable management systems
- 3D modeling awareness (e.g., Navisworks, Revit) is a major plus

Job Purpose
- The E‑House Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design, equipment integration, and engineering execution for prefabricated Electrical Houses (E Houses) and packaged modular substations.
- You will be responsible for developing electrical layouts, sizing components, ensuring system protection, and ensuring full compliance with international standards and client specifications.
