Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data and building financial models
- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis (budget vs. actual)
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision making
- Analyze KPIs, revenue trends, cost drivers, and operational performance
- Participate in month end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial data
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance
- Work closely with cross functional departments (sales, operations, HR, etc.)
- Assist with ad hoc analysis, presentations, and executive dashboards
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Experience with Accounting Software (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, Oracle, Zoho, ERP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- CMA or CFA certification is a plus

Job Purpose
