Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new leads and manage long term client relationships to expand the Fit out and AMC customer base
- Collaborate with technical teams to estimate manpower and prepare accurate commercial proposals for modification and maintenance projects
- Leverage strong insights into UAE market pricing, Fit out demands, and local Civil Defense/NFPA safety standards
- Lead contract negotiations and tender submissions to successfully close deals and meet sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the Fire & Security industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- Proven experience in generating business through FM companies, contractors, and end users
- Strong knowledge of Fire & Security Systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, suppression systems, and fire equipment
- Valid UAE driving license
