- Design and manage internal learning programs and sales training curricula that reinforce MainMicro's standards of expertise and execution
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires that combine best practices, market trends, and product knowledge — accelerating ramp time and early confidence
- Continuously train existing teams on new initiatives, product updates, and evolving market conditions across our manufacturer partnerships
- Develop and maintain enablement materials — playbooks, scripts, learning modules, presentations, and assessments
- Gather feedback from sales reps and trainees to continuously refine onboarding and training programs
- Partner with Sales Managers to support performance improvement through coaching and targeted resources
- Use data to identify skill gaps, then build and manage improvement plans against measurable KPIs
- Collaborate with HR to help identify and select top sales talent
Requirements
- Experience in a sales, sales enablement, or sales coaching/training role
- Demonstrated experience building AI first or technology driven enablement platforms, including LMS, content management, AI powered coaching tools, and automated learning workflows
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and create training material that lands
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and analytical in a fast paced, evolving environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire performance across all sales levels
- A thorough understanding of core sales techniques and methodology

Role Overview
- MainMicro is a fast growing IT reseller serving corporate, OEM, and SLED customers across the US and Canadian markets.
- We are looking for a driven Sales Enablement Manager to lead the design and execution of onboarding, training, and development programs that sharpen our sales team into a high performance force.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage internal learning programs and sales training curricula that reinforce MainMicro's standards of expertise and execution.
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires that combine best practices, market trends, and product knowledge — accelerating ramp time and early confidence.

Experience & Profile

- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and IT manufacturers.
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and cloud based solution selling.
