Key Responsibilities

  • Train, develop and retain high performing secondary market brokers.
  • Build and scale a successful sales team focused on Dubai's luxury secondary market.
  • Drive team revenue, productivity and transaction volume.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets and performance standards.
  • Coach and mentor brokers through all stages of the sales process.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans.
  • Work closely with senior management to execute growth strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional client service and professional standards across the team.
  • Create a culture of accountability, motivation and continuous improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase market share.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Dubai real estate sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's secondary market.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with a results driven mindset.
  • Professional, ambitious and capable of leading by example.
