- Train, develop and retain high performing secondary market brokers
- Build and scale a successful sales team focused on Dubai's luxury secondary market
- Drive team revenue, productivity and transaction volume
- Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets and performance standards
- Coach and mentor brokers through all stages of the sales process
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans
- Work closely with senior management to execute growth strategies
- Ensure exceptional client service and professional standards across the team
- Create a culture of accountability, motivation and continuous improvement
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase market share

- As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our Secondary Market Sales Division.
