- Preparing and reviewing sales documentation and contracts
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and UAE real estate regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
Requirements
- UAE Nationals only
- Previous experience in administration, conveyancing, real estate operations, or customer service is preferred, but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
- Professional, proactive, and solutions driven mindset
