Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and revenue generating initiatives
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline activity to ensure targets are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations and support growth of strategic accounts
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments to support business objectives
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to drive business growth and improve services
- Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and monitor overall commercial performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8 12 years of sales experience
- At least 3 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Previous experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or multi site operations
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading and developing high performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience in business development, account management, and market expansion

- Responsible for developing and executing commercial plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading a high performing sales team.
Main Responsibilities
