Job Description

  • Looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand client portfolio.
  • Responsible for developing and executing commercial plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading a high performing sales team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and revenue generating initiatives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline activity to ensure targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and support growth of strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to help drive business growth and improve services.
  • Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and monitor overall commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Carry out any other duties required to support the success of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 12 years of sales experience, including at least 3 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Previous experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or multi site operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading and developing high performing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Experience in business development, account management, and market expansion.
