Role Overview
- We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic and day to day marketing operations across a portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle brands.
- The successful candidate will take ownership of annual marketing planning, campaign execution, budget management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the annual marketing roadmap across a multi brand portfolio, aligning marketing activity with revenue, customer acquisition, and retention objectives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, PR, partnerships, events, and activations.
- Maintain brand consistency and positioning across all customer touchpoints while ensuring each concept retains a clear and differentiated identity.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, working closely with agency partners to maximise ROI and commercial performance.
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional calendars, and revenue driving initiatives.
- Own marketing budgets, forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation across your portfolio of venues within the group.
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing activity with wider business objectives.
- Effectively delegate responsibilities while maintaining accountability for overall performance and delivery.
- Provide strategic direction while remaining hands on when required to ensure successful execution.
- Lead, manage, and develop your supports (executives, coordinators, and wider team).
