In this role, you will contribute to TAL’s purpose by building meaningful partnerships, enabling advisers to deliver confidence and security to their clients.

As part of a collaborative and high-performing national sales community, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships, expanding reach and ensuring TAL continues to show up for customers and partners when they need us most.

In this role you will:

• Manage and grow a panel of advisers to drive strong, sustained sales performance
• Represent TAL at industry and partner events to build brand presence and generate new adviser opportunities
• Deliver compelling product and service insights that strengthen TAL’s value to adviser businesses
• Develop and execute targeted activity plans to maximise engagement and business growth
• Provide high-quality training and support to uplift adviser capability and advocacy
• Collaborate nationally to share insights, identify opportunities and continuously improve adviser outcomes
• Solid understanding of life insurance products, advice practices and regulatory requirements to confidently support advisers
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships quickly and create meaningful partnerships
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to be clear, straightforward and influential
