Role Overview

  • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Sitecore is a key role within our sales organisation that will give you the knowledge, skills, and foundation for a long, successful career in technology.
  • Responsible for supporting Sitecore's growth strategy by creating market awareness, identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads and generating new business.
  • Ambitious, results driven team player.

What You Will Do

  • Manage inbound lead flow as well as executing outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange a product introduction.
  • Partner with the Sales team to build quality pipeline.
  • Stay engaged with prospects and nurture your deals.
  • Act as an ambassador and advocate for Sitecore, sharing your passion and knowledge with customers and prospects.
  • Arranging discovery calls and well qualified product demonstrations for the Field Sales and Pre Sales teams.
