- Manage inbound lead flow as well as executing outbound prospecting initiatives
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange a product introduction
- Partner with the Sales team to build quality pipeline
- Stay engaged with prospects and nurture your deals
- Act as an ambassador and advocate for Sitecore, sharing your passion and knowledge with customers and prospects
- Arrange discovery calls and well qualified product demonstrations for the Field Sales and Pre Sales teams

- Genuinely curious, self motivated, creative, results driven, solution oriented, direct, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable making cold calls

About the Role
- The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a key role within our sales organisation that will give you the knowledge, skills, and foundation for a long, successful career in technology.
- You will be responsible for supporting Sitecore's growth strategy.
What You Will Do
- Manage inbound lead flow as well as executing outbound prospecting initiatives.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange a product introduction.
- Partner with the Sales team to build quality pipeline.
