Team and role
The SDR team drives Miter's pipeline growth and is scaling through a geographic territory model.
The Outbound SDR partners with Account Executives to execute a targeted, scalable outbound strategy across the construction industry.
The role offers a path toward senior SDR, Account Executive, and other sales positions.
What you will do
- Drive net-new pipeline through 80 to 100 daily outbound activities across cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research target accounts and personas to craft relevant messaging for hard-to-reach construction accounts.
- Communicate Miter's value proposition, qualify prospects, and book approximately five direct SALs per month for the aligned Account Executive.
- Nurture prospects through completed discovery calls and provide clean handoffs to Account Executives.
