Role Overview
Miter is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative to support pipeline growth across the construction industry.
The role owns prospecting within a geographic territory and partners closely with Account Executives on outbound sales strategy.
The position offers a path into senior SDR, Account Executive, and other sales roles.
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new pipeline through 80–100 daily dials, cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research construction accounts and personas to create tailored messaging.
- Communicate Miter’s value proposition, qualify prospects, and book approximately five direct SALs per month.
- Nurture prospects through discovery calls and complete clean handoffs to Account Executives.
- Track activity and pipeline metrics in Salesforce.
- Test messaging, cadences, and scripts while helping build a repeatable SDR playbook.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required.
- Prior SDR, cold-calling, or outbound prospecting experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be resilient, self-motivated, coachable, relationship-oriented, and collaborative.
