Role Overview
The Inbound Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for contractors expressing interest in Miter.
The role partners with Marketing and Account Executives to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline.
The position offers potential progression into senior SDR and Account Executive roles.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound demo requests, content downloads, and marketing leads within 15 minutes.
- Qualify and conduct discovery conversations to identify prospect pain and connect it to relevant Miter modules.
- Explain Miter’s value proposition, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, and manage handoffs.
- Follow up with no-shows and leads that do not self-book across phone, email, and other channels.
- Partner with Marketing and manage activity and pipeline metrics in Salesforce.
