Miter builds AI and embedded-payment software for construction and field-services contractors.
Its platform supports contractors' HR, finance, operations, team-building, job-cost control, and jobsite execution needs.
Team and Role
The Inbound SDR is the first point of contact for contractors who express interest in Miter.
The role converts inbound interest into qualified pipeline while partnering with Marketing and Account Executives.
The position offers a path toward senior SDR, Account Executive, and other sales roles.
What You Will Do
- Respond to inbound leads, including demo requests, content downloads, and marketing-sourced leads, with a time-to-touch under 15 minutes.
- Run qualification and discovery conversations to surface prospect pain and connect it to relevant Miter modules.
- Explain Miter's value proposition and business impact, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, and manage handoffs.
- Follow up with leads that no-show or do not self-book through phone, email, and other channels.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns and lead quality, and track activity and pipeline metrics in Salesforce.
