About The Role

  • As we continue our global growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative to join our commercial team, with a focus on the KSA market. You’ll be engaging with private hospitals, clinics, and specialist practitioners in the region.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Qualifying, prospecting, and creating opportunities for our Sales team
  • Utilising top of the range sales tools such as Salesforce to boost productivity
  • Consistently exceeding daily KPIs and monthly targets, supported by your manager and the wider team
  • Taking ownership of building your own pipeline and continue to improve the sales funnel; and ultimately, playing an integral part of Doctify’s revenue growth
  • Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field

About You

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • You're comfortable building rapport with healthcare professionals over the phone and via written outreach
  • You have a minimum of 6 months experience within an outbound sales position, or outreaching for new business (this doesn’t need to be industry specific)
  • You are ambitious, a self starter and go getter, always striving for success!
  • You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of the phone; resilience is key!
  • Resilience and grit are second nature to you
  • You’re energised by fast paced work and don’t shy away from change or a challenge
  • You believe in our mission and want to be part of revolutionising the healthcare industry with us!
