Position Summary
The Sales Development Representative will develop sales expertise, deepen product knowledge, and contribute to company growth in the Dubai, UAE region.
The role works closely with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and nurture new revenue opportunities within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
- Research and build targeted account lists.
- Initiate outreach through cold calling, email, and networking.
- Build relationships with prospects to uncover their challenges, goals, and pain points.
- Work with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales is required, ideally within cybersecurity.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs is required.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with Yesware, Orum, ZoomInfo, and Apollo are required.
- The candidate should be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
