Role Overview
This is a Front Line Sales role in HDFC Life's Bancassurance channel.
The role builds partner relationships, sells life insurance products, and drives performance through channel partners.
What the Job Entails
- Network with assigned channel partner teams and develop win-win business relationships.
- Travel within the assigned location to meet channel partners and customers.
- Meet targets for top line, persistency, and product mix by collaborating with and driving partners.
- Accompany partner teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities, including claim settlement.
- Use technology and mobility enhancements in line with the Sales Management Process.
- Uphold organizational values, business ethics, and regulatory and statutory compliance.
Essential Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream is required.
- The role requires 6 months to 4 years of sales experience.
- Good verbal and written communication and the ability to influence are required.
About the Channel
Bancassurance is HDFC Life's largest sales channel and distributes life insurance through partners such as HDFC Bank.
The channel has a presence in more than 400 locations across the country.
