Role Overview
The Claims department conducts daily claims registration and claim payout processing for claims, including unclaimed and suspense cases.
The Associate Manager monitors data, creates payouts, performs quality checks, ensures regulatory adherence, and coordinates with cross-functional departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate payout data and share it with the respective stakeholder within predefined turnaround times.
- Manage stakeholder communications according to predefined guidelines.
- Track payout cases on hold and provide resolutions.
- Ensure process completion according to predefined turnaround times and standard operating procedures.
- Authorize and track payouts for smooth end-to-end process flow.
- Handle complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle the query box and perform quality checks.
- Prepare IRDA MIS and quarterly reports.
Work Experience and Qualification
- Have 3 to 10 years of work experience.
- Have a graduate qualification.
- The preferred qualification states a minimum graduate or postgraduate education level and 3 years of experience.
Preferred Skills
- Have product and process knowledge and awareness of internal systems.
- Have awareness of the Life Asia System.
- Have interpersonal skills and knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have data management, presentation, and strong analytical abilities.
