Role Overview
Lead business development and sales across the Interior Fit-Out, Marketing, and IT divisions.
Drive revenue growth, corporate client acquisition, partnerships, and high-value B2B contract closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business and build strong corporate client relationships.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Identify and close high-value B2B opportunities and contracts.
- Develop partnerships with developers, consultants, contractors, corporates, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across Interior Fit-Out, Marketing, and IT services.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, forecasts, KPIs, and team performance.
- Lead client negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Report sales performance and business development activities to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
- An existing UAE corporate network is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales results.
Compensation
- Competitive salary plus performance-based commission and incentives.

- The work location is in person.
