Role Description
The Media Buyer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role plans, negotiates, and purchases media to support lead generation and brand visibility for real estate offerings.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance and identify target audiences.
- Optimize media placements to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align media activities with business objectives and promotional calendars.
- Monitor market trends, manage budgets, prepare performance reports, and maintain relationships with media vendors and platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong media planning and media buying skills across digital and traditional channels.
- Proficiency in media strategy and analytical skills for data-driven campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and external media partner negotiations.
- Experience with campaign tracking tools, advertising platforms, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE real estate or related sector experience is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required, while Arabic language skills are an asset.
