Job Summary

  • The Workspace Designer & Sales Consultant will handle customer enquiries, understand workplace requirements, recommend furniture solutions, prepare layouts and proposals, and guide clients through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries through email, phone, website leads, and showroom walk ins.
  • Meet clients in the showroom or on site to understand their office furniture requirements.
  • Assess workspace needs, staff requirements, budget, branding, and operational considerations.
  • Recommend suitable office furniture solutions including workstations, executive furniture, meeting tables, reception desks, seating, storage, and collaborative furniture.
  • Prepare space planning layouts using design software.
  • Create furniture proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Explain product specifications, materials, finishes, and customization options.
  • Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
  • Follow up on quotations and maintain active communication with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, interior design, fit out, or workplace solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical workplace solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
