- Valid UAE driving license

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Branch Expansion & Development Manager to lead WORKSPACE's expansion across the UAE.
- The role requires end to end ownership of each expansion project, including commercial, operational, legal, and regulatory aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branch expansion strategy.
- Conduct market research and location analysis.
- Evaluate commercial properties and negotiate lease agreements.
- Coordinate showroom setup including design, fit out, permits, and approvals.
- Obtain trade licenses, municipality approvals, and regulatory clearances.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and branch opening schedules.
- Recruit, train, and onboard showroom managers and staff.
- Establish operational procedures and ensure compliance.
- Monitor branch performance during launch phase.
- Build relationships with local authorities, landlords, contractors, etc.
- Prepare feasibility studies and business cases.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail expansion, branch development, or similar role in UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE business licensing and regulatory approvals.
- Experience negotiating lease agreements and managing commercial property transactions.
- Proven experience managing fit out and branch opening projects.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team building abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Willingness to travel frequently across all Emirates.
