Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations and performance of the Furniture Sales Division
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Oversee client engagement activities, including consultations, workspace planning, proposals, and project presentations
- Monitor quotation accuracy, response times, and conversion rates
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Installation, Finance, and After Sales teams
- Drive sales performance and support the team in securing new business opportunities
- Review operational workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage project delivery timelines and ensure successful execution of workspace projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and corporate decision makers
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management
- Ensure divisional profitability, budget control, and achievement of financial targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience leading sales and operational teams
- Strong understanding of workspace planning, office furniture systems, and project management processes
- Experience managing cross functional departments and project delivery
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within the UAE or GCC furniture industry
- Knowledge of workspace trends, ergonomic solutions, and commercial interior projects
