Mute (mute.ae) is a Dubai-based acoustic solutions company specialising in the design, supply, and installation of high-performance acoustic panels, wall systems, and ceiling treatments for commercial, hospitality, residential, and institutional spaces.
We're expanding into Saudi Arabia and looking for a driven Saudi national to join as our founding team member in Riyadh.
This isn't a role where you follow a playbook — you'll help write it.
The Role
As our Sales & Design Consultant, you'll be the face of Mute in the KSA market.
You'll meet clients on-site, walk them through our acoustic product range — colours, textures, materials, finishes — and help them find solutions that match their space, their aesthetic vision, and their budget.
You'll review architectural drawings, prepare proposals, and coordinate with our Dubai-based design and engineering teams to bring projects to life.
You won't be doing this alone.
You'll receive a comprehensive crash-course training from our acoustic engineering and sales teams, and you'll have ongoing design and technical support from our Dubai headquarters.
Shortly after your start, we'll hire an installation carpenter who'll work alongside you — together, you'll handle site measurements, plan installations, and manage project delivery across Riyadh.
What You'Ll Do
- Meet clients on-site and at their offices to understand their acoustic needs
- Guide product selection — advising on panel systems, colours, textures, and finishes
- Review architectural drawings and floor plans to scope projects and propose solutions
- Prepare quotations, budgets, and project proposals
- Conduct site measurements with the installation carpenter and plan installation layouts
- Coordinate with our Dubai design and engineering team for custom solutions and technical specs
- Manage project timelines from order through to final installation
- Build and grow a client pipeline across commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors
What We'Re Looking For
- Saudi national (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, design consultancy, or a client-facing role — ideally in interiors, fit-out, furniture, or building materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and floor plans
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Self-starter who's comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
- Valid Saudi driving licence — this role involves regular travel across Riyadh for client meetings and site visits
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus but not required

- SAR 5,000 – 6,000 /month (based on experience), with a commission/bonus structure under development

- About the Team
- You'll be joining as the first hire in Riyadh.
- A dedicated installation carpenter will follow shortly, and together you'll form the core KSA team.
- All acoustic elements are fabricated at our Dubai facility and shipped directly to project sites — your focus stays on clients, design, and coordination.
- For larger projects, we bring in additional manpower through partner companies.
